Returns & Exchanges

At RISTY OLIVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

RISTY OLIVO reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Size Exchanges

If your ring does not fit, eligible rings may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Ring must be in like-new condition
  • Ring must not be engraved or customized
  • Ring must be returned before a replacement is processed

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Engraved Rings
  • Custom-Made Rings
  • Personalized Products
  • Special Order Items
  • Clearance or Final Sale Products
  • Gift Cards

Important Notice Regarding Engraving

Engraved rings are considered custom-made products and are final sale. Once engraving has been added, the ring cannot be returned, exchanged, resized, or refunded. Please review engraving details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Our team will review the claim and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The incorrect item was received
  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed
