RETURN RULES
We accept returns only under specific conditions.
Eligible for Return:
- Unworn and unused rings
- Items in original packaging
- Requests made within 60 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
- Worn rings
- Rings showing scratches, damage, or signs of use
- Items not in original condition or packaging
All returned items must be inspected before approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
SIZE EXCHANGE RULES
We understand sizing issues can happen, which is why we offer size exchanges under certain conditions.
Eligible for Size Exchange:
- Non-engraved rings
- Unworn items
- Requests made within 60 days of delivery
- Items returned in original condition

- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper sizing before ordering
- We strongly recommend using our complimentary ring sizer before purchase
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
ENGRAVED RING RESTRICTIONS
IMPORTANT: Custom Engraved Orders
Engraved rings are custom-made to order and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Once engraving has been applied:
- ❌ No returns
- ❌ No size exchanges
- ❌ No cancellations
- ❌ No refunds
Because engraved rings are permanently customized, we strongly recommend confirming your size before placing your order.
If you're unsure, please request a complimentary ring sizer before engraving your ring.
DAMAGED ITEM EXCLUSIONS
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping.
However, the following are NOT considered eligible for return or replacement:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or fading from use
- Improper handling or accidental damage after delivery
- Modifications made by third parties
If your item arrives damaged:
Please contact us immediately so we can review your case and assist you appropriately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority — not by Risty Olivo.
We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every Risty Olivo ring is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
Not Covered:
- Scratches or normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or heavy impact
- Loss or theft
- Improper care or harsh chemical exposure
- Modifications made by third parties
- Size changes
