Tungsten carbide is an extremely hard material that cannot be resized using traditional jewelry methods. If your ring no longer fits, we offer a size exchange program — eligible rings can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the ring is in like-new condition and has not been engraved or customized.

To qualify, the ring must be in like-new condition, must not be engraved or customized, and must be returned before a replacement is processed. Engraved and custom rings are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Every Risty Olivo ring is backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects — including issues with inlays, finishing, stone settings, and production errors. Please note that natural material variations (such as differences in meteorite grain, wood texture, or moss agate pattern) are not considered defects. Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
