Size Exchange
Can I exchange my ring if the size is wrong?
Yes. Non-engraved rings are eligible for an easy 60-day size exchange if they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in original condition. Engraved or personalized rings are not eligible for size exchange.
Engraving
Can I exchange an engraved ring?
No. Engraved rings are personalized and are not eligible for size exchange, return, or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by Risty Olivo. Please confirm your size before adding engraving.
Is engraving free?
Yes. Free engraving is available for the Rovalt Ring. Add your engraving text before checkout. Maximum 20 characters.
Warranty
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover scratches, normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper care, harsh chemicals, heavy impact, or size changes.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Do international customers pay customs, duties, or taxes?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

How do I care for my Rovalt Ring?
Clean your ring gently with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, chlorine, acetone, abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, and polishing compounds. Dry the ring completely before storing.
Can I wear my ring during work, gym, or sports?
We recommend removing your ring during heavy lifting, manual work, gym workouts, sports, construction, outdoor activities, or any activity involving impact, friction, or rough surfaces. Tungsten is very durable, but hard impact can still damage a ring.
Is tungsten scratch-resistant?
Tungsten carbide is highly scratch-resistant and durable for everyday wear. However, it is not indestructible and can crack or break under strong impact or pressure.
How should I protect wood, resin, meteorite, or inlay rings?
Many Rovalt-style rings use natural materials such as whiskey barrel wood, meteorite, or resin inlays. Avoid prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, hard impact, and rough surfaces. These materials may show wear over time and should be handled with care.
